Heat Electric radiators are available in 3 different ranges;
- Radio Frequency Control (RFC)
- Integrated Timer Control (ITC)
- Low Surface Temperature (LST)
Radio Frequency Control (RFC)The
Radio Frequency enabled model contains a dial temperature setting,
tamper proof cover and a hidden air sensing thermostat, allowing for
simple to use heat control.The radiator is a "class I" IP44 device which means it can be installed
in bathrooms zone 2 and 3 refer
zone diagram.The radiator can be used with an optional wireless Radio
Frequency controller.
The Radio Frequency controller is an
optional extra for this model and provides a wireless, 7-day, 24hr
digital thermostat which ensures the maximum level of energy efficient
heating. The controller also allows for six different temperature
settings per day and can programme several radiators as a group.
Installing more than one controller within a home allows for zoned
controllability. It can be wall mounted, is battery powered and displays
the current and target room temperatures.
Integrated Timer
Control (ITC)
The timer model features a 24 hour segment
timer to allow easy heat and time programming, a dial temperature
setting, tamper proof cover and a hidden air sensing thermostat.
Warning
- The Timer range of radiators is not IP44 rated and
therfore not suitable for installation in a bathroom or similar
environment.Low Surface Temperature (LST)The LST range features a specialised outer casing which ensures the surface temperature doesn't exceed 43 degrees Celcius. It presents the perfect safe heating choice as it removes the risks of burns and scalds. The LST is ideal for use in Care Homes, Nurseries, Schools, Public Buildings etc.
